Human players will continue past a disabled Zombie spawn which will be used later. At this time, a new Zombie spawn is opened, it is at a nearby apartment in-front of the Human players. Human players will continue through the maintenance tunnel until they reach a crossroad, the left side is blocked by debris and the right side is open. The tunnel ahead is blocked by debris, players will have to take a detour through a side maintenance tunnel which connects to the nearby office building. Once the time is up, Human players will continue through a small tunnel with a pathway and a roadway for forklifts. Human players must hold out for again, approximately 1 minutes and 30 seconds. Once the timer is finished, the Zombie players will start attacking. Human players will have 1 minute to barricade before the zombies start spawning again. Once the gates are opened, Human players will enter the storage bay connected to the cargo entry bay. The gates will open slowly, they will take approximately 1 minutes and 30 seconds. Human players will need to open the cargo bay gates by entering the gate control room and pressing a button. Zombie players will attack from a ally-way near the gate control room, they will also come from a nearby apartment. Human players, as usual, will start the in the cargo entry bay, the exterior part. Instead of directly going into the lobby of Immersion Laboratories, you will take a detour through a office block. I have majorly overhauled the first sector for a longer game-play time and a more fun experience. The first sector being the area between the start and the first checkpoint. But remember, when the barricades fall, your pretty much dead. If you choose the new or old way, it is really up to you. Humans can defend each barricade at once without the need to buy a lot of turrets. This old fashioned way does not really on machines, but only yourself. Grab your guns and start defending the barricades by shooting at the zombies with your gun. In this strategy, humans only need to refill and repair their machines. It is possible to automate everything in this game-play style by simply placing a turret at each barricade and using man-hacks to scout the areas zombies are attacking most, so humans can put more turrets down. Once you break in to the barricade, there is no hope for humans. Usually there will be 3-5 barricades, but sometimes there may be secret ways for head crabs to get in. Constantly attacking points were humans are not defending will help you win the round. Zombies will have to break through the preset barricades the same way you would break through a normal barricade. If the preset barricades fall, then the humans will most likely die. Physical props will be rare if available and would be useless for barricading. In each map there will be around 3-5 entry spots and humans will need to defend all of them if they want to survive. Some humans should also buy normal guns such as a SMG or Assault Rifle in-case these automated systems break. Humans at the start of the round are encouraged to buy items to defend the building, most preferably Turrets and Man-hacks. These built barricades are designed to be strong and have minimal access points, but when they fail there is no hope inside as there is no backup barricade to run to. It focuses around defending already existing barricades with turrets, man-hacks and man-power instead of building your own barricades.
